Colour To HTML 5.1 in development

Colour To HTML 5.1 is now in development! I have add a couple of suggestions which I am going to add, they are:

• Give output in CSS format [i.e rgb(255,125,77)]
  
• Make the zoom window from the colour picker draggable around the screen

I am also adding a zoom slider to that window so you can choose the zoom percentage - this will be between 100% and 400%.
